What the Subscribers screen shows
Subscribers lists every customer enrolled across all of your subscription plans in one place. Find it in the sidebar under Subscriptions > Subscribers. At the top, four figures summarize the health of your recurring revenue:- Active subscribers currently being billed
- Est. monthly revenue from active subscriptions
- Paused subscriptions that are temporarily not billing
- Failed subscriptions where the most recent charge did not go through
The subscriber list
Each row represents one enrolled customer and shows the subscriber, their plan, the billing cadence, the next charge date, the payment method, the amount, and the current status. Use the search box to find a subscriber by name, and the filters to narrow the list by status or by plan. You can also set how many rows appear per page.Managing a subscriber
The Actions column on each row lets you manage that subscriber’s billing. You can:- Pause a subscription to temporarily stop billing
- Resume a paused subscription to start billing again
- Cancel a subscription to end it permanently
Pausing keeps the subscriber on the plan but stops charges until you resume. Cancelling ends the subscription for good, so use pause when the stop is only temporary.
