What the Account screen shows
The Account screen holds your merchant account details and the list of users who have access. Find it in the sidebar under Account (in the Settings group).
Company details
This section shows the core information on file for your account:
Your payment page is a ready-made, hosted checkout you can share as a link so customers can pay without you building anything.
Assigned users
This section lists the people who have access to your Dime Payments account, with each user’s name and email. Use it to confirm who can currently sign in and act on the account.
Cancelling your account
At the bottom of the screen, Cancel processing account ends your ability to process transactions.
Cancelling is significant: once your processing account is cancelled, you can no longer process transactions. Only cancel if you are certain, and contact your Dime Payments representative first if you have any questions about what happens to pending funds or existing records.
